Growing up, I would receive a Sports Weekly once a week during the baseball season. Every week, I would try my hardest to memorize and explain the stats. Fast forward to early in my undergrad years, I started to learn R, but had a difficult time finding and/or digesting baseball related content. So, I created a YouTube channel to help people who want to learn R and analyze baseball data a faster way. While in college, I realized that there is not very much to see in terms of college baseball analytics, especially at the non-D1 level. So, I went out to create apps like the NAIA Web App, the D2 Baseball Web App and many other analyses involving college baseball, like some of my blog posts. Now, I current work as a Director of Baseball Analytics for a Division 2 school, Quincy University, which is a beyond awesome job with the amount of technology and data we have at our fingertips to analyze. I live for that.
